Application scope:

CIP is a new-type and effective cleaning technology which is widely used in dairy plants, also in other industry, like beer, beverage, coffee, sugaring and pharmacy, etc.


Equipment description:

The operating principle of the full auto CIP cleaning system means that the tank body,pipelines,pumps and all valves and also the whole processing line are cleaned on line on the premise of no needing to disconnect the pipes or equipments;all cleanings are done in the closed circuit.
This system consists of 4 tanks, standard equipped with conjunct alkali and acid tank, forward pump, plate type heater, control cabinet, membrane pump and valves etc. All of tanks are made of high quality stainless steel. The parts which contacting with alkali or acid are made of material 316L.There are the drain outlet and overflow outlet at the bottom of each tank, thermometer and liquid meter on each tank, also on top of the tank there is the filling plug to add alkali or acid and vent pipe to discharge the waste gas.

This system adopts the PLC program to control,with the colored touuch-screen to operate and display the whole process flow and also the each controlling parameter.The temperature of the cleaning liquid ;PH value ; the cleaning time;cleaning sequence as well as the refluence PH value all can be set,also equipped with system malfunction alarm device.
